Ben and his men replaced my hot boiler, fixed several leaks, lifted heavy objects, performed difficult home maintenance and even cleared the snow from my driveway and walkway. I met Ben at the house and walked down the demolition job to bring down a 3000 sq ft residential home. He promptly gave me a quote with a good price and after receiving the demo permit, he went to work with his guys to bring down the house and remove the debris. Barry, his heavy equipment operator is super friendly and nice. They even started the job New Year’s eve as requested so I can get my house off the tax roll. He kept me informed on what was going on and due to a massive snow storm, the job slowed down but once the snow melted, he finished up and even returned to clean up the job site as requested. I cannot have enough praise for Bella Contracting!! As a result of Ida on Wednesday, our basement took the brunt of the storm drain overflow on our street due to our location. After multiple phone calls to local water remediation companies and putting our names on at least 7 lists, I randomly called Bella Construction Services on Labor Day. To my surprise, Ben not only answered the phone, but he told me he could have his crew out today to take out our sheetrock! My husband and I have been working around the clock over the last few days, and we were exhausted. This was the best news ever. The crew showed up on time as promised. They were polite, neat, and it was a job well done. Ben even reached back out to make sure everything was okay. I will definitely be calling Ben when it is time to rebuild our basement.
