Ben and his men replaced my hot boiler, fixed several leaks, lifted heavy objects, performed difficult home maintenance and even cleared the snow from my driveway and walkway. They were professional and considerate hard workers. Ben makes himself available 24 hours/day and is always true to his word. He kept me informed re work details and costs. I highly recommend Bella’s Contracting for almost any job you want done. Their prices are more than fair . I will never hire anyone to help me besides Bella’s Contracting.
I met Ben at the house and walked down the demolition job to bring down a 3000 sq ft residential home. He promptly gave me a quote with a good price and after receiving the demo permit, he went to work with his guys to bring down the house and remove the debris. Barry, his heavy equipment operator is super friendly and nice. They even started the job New Year’s eve as requested so I can get my house off the tax roll. He kept me informed on what was going on and due to a massive snow storm, the job slowed down but once the snow melted, he finished up and even returned to clean up the job site as requested. Easy to work with and good communication via text and phone. He was also very flexible with the payment. Good to work with and would use again.
They were very professional and correct on the job they were hired to do. Not to mention that the price was very affordable (around $300 cheaper) compared to other companies. I would recommend them to everyone, as i was very happy with them.
Start to finish, my experience with Bella Contracting exceeded my expectations. Ben and every member of his team were professional and polite, responsive and able to meet my timeframe and reasonably priced. The work was completed and cleaned up nicely at the end of the project and carted off all the debris using their own trucks, including a separate trip back the next day for some additional materials that didn’t fit, which saved much time and additional cost to me. I am very happy with the results! I would not hesitate to use Bella Contracting again or recommend them to anyone in the future!
Fast efficient and quick to the scene on weekend to assess property destruction, secure the area and got a crew onsite immediately to prevent further destruction to my home. We highly recommend working with Ben, John, and their team! They did such a great job helping us demo our place. Even though it was during a very busy spring season, they were always responsive, professional and courteous. The demo team came on time and worked hard. Ben, the owner, checked in multiple times throughout the process to make sure the work was done to our specifications and with his expertise. Also, they stick with the price they originally estimated and don’t gouge the prices. We would definitely work with them again.
Ben (the owner) is a genuinely nice guy who cares a lot about his customers. He’ll help you get your job the way you want it and is adjusting and very cooperative. His crew is neat – detailed and care about not causing collateral damage. They did a kitchen demo for me – where on the job site on time and went above and beyond. Don’t second guess using them!
