The team of Bella Demolition and Contracting Services did an amazing job on my property. They are reliable, efficient and quite knowledgeable. They demolished, removed all the materials, did landfill and planted grass in a timely fashion. I highly recommend their service for any demolition work. These pictures show the property before, during and after, and each photo speaks a thousand words. Great work team.

The work Bella did was great. Ben was helpful with ideas on my garage site project and flexible on timing the work. Bella shows demolition does not have to be a dirty business. They left the site clean and tidy. John, the polite backhoe operator, was surgical in his work, so it was minimally disruptive. Professional and efficient all the way..

I met Ben at the house and walked down the demolition job to bring down a 3000 sq ft residential home. He promptly gave me a quote with a good price and after receiving the demo permit, he went to work with his guys to bring down the house and remove the debris. Barry, his heavy equipment operator is super friendly and nice. They even started the job New Year’s eve as requested so I can get my house off the tax roll. He kept me informed on what was going on and due to a massive snow storm, the job slowed down but once the snow melted, he finished up and even returned to clean up the job site as requested. Easy to work with and good communication via text and phone. He was also very flexible with the payment. Good to work with and would use again.

We highly recommend working with Ben, John, and their team! They did such a great job helping us demo our place. Even though it was during a very busy spring season, they were always responsive, professional and courteous. The demo team came on time and worked hard. Ben, the owner, checked in multiple times throughout the process to make sure the work was done to our specifications and with his expertise. Also, they stick with the price they originally estimated and don’t gouge the prices. We would definitely work with them again.

Ben (the owner) is a genuinely nice guy who cares a lot about his customers. He’ll help you get your job the way you want it and is adjusting and very cooperative. His crew is neat – detailed and care about not causing collateral damage. They did a kitchen demo for me – where on the job site on time and went above and beyond. Don’t second guess using them!
