We called to get a concrete slab broken up to make room for a pool installation in our backyard. Of course, we had left it to the last minute, and Bella was able to come out the next day and get this huge slab broken down- including the surprising 2 foot thick footer around the perimeter. We WILL be calling again. Super helpful, very friendly and got the job done!

I hired Bella for a large job, cleaning up a warehouse property after 20 years of Neglect. They did an excellent job. They were very responsive, did a great job and were a pleasure to work with. I was amazed at how their machine demolished and shredded two old 40′ loaded trailers and put them in dumpsters.

Bella contracting came to my rescue when my garage was about to collapse. Ben (owner) was very professional and worked really quickly in submitting paperwork to my town to get a permit. They demolished my garage BY HAND (No machines as it was too close to my neighbors garage)!!! The team that came to collect the trash- you did great picking up all those pieces of wood and nails. Explained how they will do the demo, arrange date and time, and an estimate of course, and that is exactly what happened. His team arrived on time around 9 AM. 2 big guys who decide what to knock down first, and 5 more who move stuff to their own dumpster like the Flash! All I can say is wow!! Ben and Chris are timely, professional, and thorough! My shed demolition which required them to smash and remove the shed as well as a concrete pad and dig out about 10 poles that were firmly cemented in the ground (and I was told could not be done by others) is beyond my expectation. EVERY detail was taken care of. Ben met with me initially and reviewed the pros and cons of our options. He carefully walked me through aspects of this job that I had not considered and that other contractors overlooked. The best demo contracting company I have dealt with thus far. Called up to get some slab broken up in the basement for plumbing, Bella came the next day to give me a quote with a very competitive price and then came the day after and finished it that day. They were very communicative and prompt and cleaned up and hauled away everything as discussed . Couldn’t be happier with this experience. Almost always with this kind of stuff there are some kind of issues, but with Bella I had absolutely none. Will definitely use them again.

General Contracting

I am so happy that I found Bella Construction. Within two days of meeting the owner, Ben, I had a crew despatched to cut the floor for Plumbing and Electric in my new restaurant located in Greenwich CT. Based on their work ethic and commitment to customer excellence, I have a awarded them the full build-out of my restaurant.

I just bought a condo in Torrington Connecticut and I needed some work done. I live out of state so I was a little nervous about going with someone who I didn’t know. I found Bella contracting online and they had good reviews so decided to give them a try. I spoke with the owner Ben about tearing out one of those big framed in and tiled pink 80’s Era jacuzzi tubs. Even though it’s not a big job Ben was very accommodating. The gentlemen that he sent was very professional as well as his helper. Overall, they showed up, did the job quickly and efficiently and cleaned everything up nicely. Those good reviews are well deserved. I will definitely use them again for some bigger jobs. -James P

AMAZING EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY! I’m generally not one to write reviews but dealing with Ben @ Bella was such a positive and refreshing experience that I feel obligated to share. It’s hard enough finding someone who can do a quality job…. Simply put, ben nailed it. He came in on budget, on time and it was obvious his advice was honest and truly in my best interest.

Great job overall. Ben was very communicative and responded quickly to messages. My building has specific requirements for contractors and Ben jumped through all the hoops with the paperwork. The team arrived on time and executed the job professionally, and the team leader (Adrian) did a great job and made sure everything was taken care of. Truck guys were solid too– they got the rig into the back of the building no problem and hauled everything away. And just like that, it was all over, a smooth operation and no snags. I needed to get my crawlspace cleaned. There was some construction trash sitting in my tight crawlspace (It was there before I bought the house). Kitchen Renovation

Very professional, polite and hard working group of workers. Excellent price/estimate for the work that was done. Would definitely use them again. Ben was there at the beginning of the job. The workers made a good attempt to cover everything up before demo began of a very old kitchen tin ceiling, but half way through the job when I came into the kitchen from a back entrance, I saw that the duct tape that was holding up the 6 mil plastic sheeting between two rooms had fallen down in some areas. When I told them about this, they stopped what they were doing and put it back up. Unfortunately some of the dust and lead paint particles entered into the other room. I must say though that they did a great clean up in the end. Very satisfied.

Kitchen Renovation

Ben was prompt and professional getting his team in and getting a water damage cleanup crew in on our tight turnaround schedule.

I cannot have enough praise for Bella Contracting!! As a result of Ida on Wednesday, our basement took the brunt of the storm drain overflow on our street due to our location. After multiple phone calls to local water remediation companies and putting our names on at least 7 lists, I randomly called Bella Construction Services on Labor Day. To my surprise, Ben not only answered the phone, but he told me he could have his crew out today to take out our sheetrock! My husband and I have been working around the clock over the last few days, and we were exhausted. This was the best news ever. The crew showed up on time as promised. They were polite, neat, and it was a job well done. Ben even reached back out to make sure everything was okay. I will definitely be calling Ben when it is time to rebuild our basement. After Hurricane Ida, we needed remediation for our basement. Ben from Bella came over a couple hours later with 2 guys ready to pump us out. Once finished, they had a dumpster there the next day and filled it up. Ben always answered our calls or texts. He’s been very understanding about payment as well since we are waiting for insurance money.
