I just bought a condo in Torrington Connecticut and I needed some work done. I live out of state so I was a little nervous about going with someone who I didn’t know. I found Bella contracting online and they had good reviews so decided to give them a try. I spoke with the owner Ben about tearing out one of those big framed in and tiled pink 80’s Era jacuzzi tubs. Even though it’s not a big job Ben was very accommodating. The gentlemen that he sent was very professional as well as his helper. Overall, they showed up, did the job quickly and efficiently and cleaned everything up nicely. Those good reviews are well deserved. I will definitely use them again for some bigger jobs. -James P
I needed to get my crawlspace cleaned. There was some construction trash sitting in my tight crawlspace (It was there before I bought the house). Ben and his guys are wonderful; they did great job in taking the stuff out from my 30 feet long crawlspace without any complaints. Very reasonable price as well. Ben and his men replaced my hot boiler, fixed several leaks, lifted heavy objects, performed difficult home maintenance and even cleared the snow from my driveway and walkway. They were professional and considerate hard workers. Ben makes himself available 24 hours/day and is always true to his word. He kept me informed re work details and costs. Start to finish, my experience with Bella Contracting exceeded my expectations. Ben and every member of his team were professional and polite, responsive and able to meet my timeframe and reasonably priced. The work was completed and cleaned up nicely at the end of the project and carted off all the debris using their own trucks, including a separate trip back the next day for some additional materials that didn’t fit, which saved much time and additional cost to me. Fast efficient and quick to the scene on weekend to assess property destruction, secure the area and got a crew onsite immediately to prevent further destruction to my home. I can’t say enough good things about Ben and his crew. I hired them to remove my above ground pool and part of the deck. The cost of the project was more than fair. Everything that was outlined in the contract was done and in a time frame that was noted. The three guys that did the project, Dave, Victor, and Man were great. We have worked with Ben on multiple home projects. Each and every time Ben and his crew has been top notch. They are always professional, polite and hard working. Last year they demolished and removed a portion of our deck, removed rocks and lumber from the property and took down an old shed.
